Yeyo Blanco Tequila NOM 1414 750ml

Have you ever heard of the Mozart effect? It is a theory that suggests listening to classical music may temporarily boost one’s IQ. Yeyo Tequila also believe it may have a positive impact during fermentation. During the 190-hour fermentation, Mozart is played throughout the distillery to relax the yeast, as well as the distillers. Whether this influences the final product or not, this organic and additive free tequila is undoubtedly incredible.

Mackenzie's Tasting Notes:
Initially hit with aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, and yeast. Reminiscent of an unbaked cinnamon bun! Going in for another whiff, there are notes of bell pepper and cooked agave.
The taste is slightly sweet, but not artificial tasting. Flavours of holiday spice, black licorice, white pepper, and sassafras make for a unique sipping experience.
The finish is incredibly long with black licorice going on for days.
