Mackenzie's Tasting Notes:
At 55%, unsurprisingly, the nose is quite hot but there are some aromas underneath the ethanol. Black pepper, cooked agave, celery, and some clay/earthy thing going on.
The taste and finish are absolute showstoppers. An abundance of green flavours: celery, green chartreuse, sage, green bell pepper, and lime zest. That black pepper and cooked agave are also noticeable.
The finish is loooooong, dry, and herbaceous. At the price point, Tapatio 110 is a bargin and completes with any of the best blanco on the market.
