Basserman Jordan Trocken Riesling 750ml

The grapes for the Auf der Mauer Rielsing were selected by hand in our top locations around Deidesheim. Separately pressed and aged in wooden barrels, the individual wines remain on the lees until shortly before they are filled in April. The Riesling on the Wall is smoky, with fine spice and some wood on the nose, paired with aromas of apple and fresh pear. The palate is mineral and animating with fine acidity and great length. A wine that gives great pleasure to both young and mature. It goes particularly well with white meat and hearty vegetables, but also with fish and pasta dishes.
