Tasting Notes Strawberry, pear, honey, and floral aromas. Fruit forward, but does not drink sweet.

Other Notes Grown in pesticide free rice paddies. Ducks also live in and among the rice eating any weeds and insects. Their webbed feet bring oxygen to the roots of the plants, making for strong, beautiful sake rice.
