- 1 ¾ oz Anohka Tempest Gin
- ½ oz Crème de Cassis
- ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail.
- Using a milk frother, whisk ingredients until a thick foam forms.
- Add ice to shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
