Burn's Night

Adelphi

Private Stock Blended Whisky

$32.99 /700mL

Adelphi Private Stock is a blended whisky containing a large dose of Speyside single malt. The touch of peat and sherry maturation result in an incredibly complex and refined whisky. Adelphi Private Stock is packed with aromas of honey, sultanas, fruit cake, and candied nuts. On the palate the honey and sweet peat smoke are the stars of the show. With its long, sweet finish, this blended Scotch is sure to be a mainstay in your whisky cabinet.

Isle of Arran

Robert Burns Single Malt

$53.99 /700mL

Paying tribute to the national Poet of Scotland, the Robert Burns Single Malt Scotch is produced at Isle of Arran Distillers, the closest distillery to Rabbie's birthplace of Alloway, Ayrshire, Scotland. This light, delicate single malt boasts flavours of vanilla, baking spice, orchard fruit, and citrus zest. Enjoy the Robert Burns Single Malt neat, on ice, or in a classic cocktail such as the Rob Roy       (see below for the recipe).

Kilchoman

Sanaig

$86.99 /700mL

Affectionately known as Islay's farm distillery, Kilchoman is currently the only distillery in Scotland growing their own barley and producing a single malt Sotch entirely in-house. From the malting of the barley, to bottling, the small team at Kilchoman has 100% control over every aspect of their whisky. Sanaig is a marriage of sherry and bourbon matured whisky, with a high proportion of sherry casks. The result is a rich, fruity, and peaty malt with notes of hickory, dark chocolate, honey, and citrus. Enjoy this Islay single malt around a campfire with friends to celebrate Burn's Night.

- 1.5 oz Robert Burns Single Malt Scotch

- .75 oz Carpano Antico Formula Vermouth

- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
