Wine Profile

Tasting Notes Danzante Prosecco is a sparkling wine made in the extra dry style, with a long-lingering cascade of pin-point bubbles that create a rich, lively mousse in the glass. Rich bouquet and velvety smooth with a crisp appealing palate, and beautifully balanced.
Winemaker Notes The must is fermented off the skins, at cool temperatures and with cultured yeasts. The second fermentation takes place at low temperature in pressure fermenters.
Food Pairing Notes A delicious aperitif and adds to the pleasure of being with friends.
Other Notes Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine generally made from grape variety Glera, which previously also was known as Prosecco. The main area where Glera is grown and Prosecco is produced is the Veneto region of Italy, traditionally in an area near Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, in the hills north of Treviso.
