Shaking up the traditional tastes by brewing a spiced Belgian-style wheat ale with real orange, lemon and lime peel, and then added a little coriander spice to the mix. This unique and award-winning ale is smooth with a refreshing finish.

Judge and Jury Red Blend

This wine displays ripe raspberries and delicious spices added by its barrel aging. While it carries a fairly dense pallet weight, soft tannins make this crowd pleaser easy to drink with food or as a delectable treat on its own.

A fresh new product from Germany this Pinot Grigio Rivaner blend is sure to impress with its quenching and slightly sweet finish. Bursting with flavours of flowers, apricot and lime it’s a must try this summer.

At the tasting bar we will be sampling two flavours of Vodka from Ciroc, Red Berry and Peach. Unlike most vodkas that are made from grain, it is crafted from succulent French grapes and distilled a fifth time giving it a smooth and distinctly fresh taste.

The Chardonnay-Muscat has flavours reminiscent of Tarte Tatin: Baked apple and a buttery character, while the Grenache-Syrah-Merlot offers flavours of black cherries and spicy vanilla, similar to a Clafoutis.

Francis Coppola Merlot

Named after Film Director Francis Ford Coppola, this Merlot has a soft texture, mild nature, and fruit forward flavours. There are notes of berries and plum to round things off and a nice dryness to on the finish.

J.K.’s Northern Neighbor Cider

This delightful cider is made from Michigan apples and a unique Canadian prairie apple, the Saskatoon. It has been carefully fermented at Almar Orchards using traditional methods.

Hailing from Moldova, we will be featuring a Semi-Sweet Chardonnay and a Semi-Sweet Merlot. As an added bonus, you can also try the Stradvari Rubin, a port-style desert wine that was recently awarded an Alberta Beverage award for being “brilliantly complex”.

A fresh and fruity rosé wine, but complex and elegant at the same time. A new interpretation of the rosé wine category thanks to the use of Masi’s specialty Appassimento technique. This wine is a Supervenetian, and a “brother” to Campofiorin, the famous red wine.

Stop by and try some wines from Oyster Bay at the tasting bar starting with their Sauvignon Blanc with balanced flavours of tropical fruits and gooseberry and an abundant bouquet and crisp lively acidity. And Merlot with vibrant and alluring flavours of juicy black plum and sweet berry fruits with a background of spice, oak and fine tannins.

Manos Negras Pinot Noir

This wine has been sourced from the heard of Pinot country- Anelo, in the far reaches of Neuquén. These wind swept vineyards with their cool southerly temperatures produce a wine of dark violet colour, with floral aromas, ripe red fruit flavours and a soft supple texture.

Two wines from the devils collection we have the red blend with flavours of ripe fruit, plum and black cherry with a touch of dark chocolate on the palate, and the white blend with notes of pineapple, citrus, peach and a hint of honeysuckle followed by crisp acidity and a long finish.
