Raventos i Blanc L’Hereu is the premier sparkling wine from the Raventos winery in Spain and is the purest expression of their style. Harvested from selected soils to purvey elegance and depth of character, this is a full bodied bubbly with crisp apple and citrus notes and a rich, toasty character.

Clos Bogatelle Saint-Chinian GSCM 2013

From the Saint-Chinian AOC in the Languedoc-Rousillon region of France, this blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mouvedre has a beautiful ruby red colour. On the nose is fresh fruits and wild herbs. The palate is fruity with a warm character that pairs well with white meats and cheese plates.

Estampa Carmenere 2013

From Colchagua Valley in Chile, this Carmenere is blended with a touch of Syrah and Cabernet to round out its red fruit and plum character. With a touch of chocolate and coffee, this wine carries through the finish with supple tannins.

This is the second release of the Dodgy Bros. GSM blend. Boasting a heady 15% this full bodied red is dripping with ripe red fruits, cola, eucalyptus and a lingering spicy character.

Luigi Bosca Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Sporting a shiny new bronzed label, the Luigi Bosca Cab is aged for 12 months in French Oak casks. Well-structured and full-bodied, this wine gives off notes of blackberries, cassis, and spice with hints of floral aromas.

Similkameen Valley Wines

The Orofino Red Bridge Red and Riesling are on the bar today from one of BC’s newer wine appellations. Orofino’s premium Merlot wine is aged for 20 months in barrle which gives it excellent structure. Look for lovely dark fruit notes framed by dark chocolate. The Riesling gains complexitiy from the granite soils and showcases beautiful tropical fruit with a mineral backbone.

Dr ZenZen Premium

The Sonnenhofberger Riesling 2005 from Dr Zenzen is on the pour list today. This Spatlese (Late-Harvest) white shows off notes of tangerines, lemons and green apples with hints of petrol on the back palate. Great acidity helps keep this wine drinking fresh even after 10 years!

From the McLaren Vale in Australia, the Titan Shiraz utilizes the best parcels of the treasured Alpha Crucis vineyards to create something truly special. Dark berry fruit coat the front of the palate combining with a textured mid palate with layers of fruit and spice. The wine has a long finish with dark chocolate and coffee bean notes lingering

The Mondays

From the Cosentino Winery, THE CAB is 85% Cabernet with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. THE Cab is deep ruby red in color with aromas of black currant, kumquat, sandalwood, and baking spices.  This medium bodied wine has structured tannins and layers of flavors which evolve and linger; dried cherries, dark roast coffee and cedar.
