A representative from E & J Gallo we will be presenting some amazing wines from Gina Gallo and Orin Swift. Orin Swift is famous for Abstract and Papillon wines. This is an opportunity to try some amazing and unique wines from California.

Monday March 20

Saltram 1859 Shiraz
2:00 – 6:00 pm

This wine has been rated 91 Points by Jame Halliday. A very fresh exhuberant style of Barossa Shiraz. This wine is low in oak with blackberry and plum notes. 

Michter's Small Batch Bourbon
2:00 – 6:00 pm
Named after the oldest distillery in the USA. This bourbon is full of fruity spice notes with a splash of sweetness. 

Tuesday March 21

Trim Cabernet Sauvignon
2:00 - 6:00 pm

A well crafted Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Aromas of black cherries, red and black currants and a dash of blueberry. Vibrant acidity with oak tinged tannins. A great representation of California Cabernet. 

Star of Bombay Gin
2:00 - 6:00 pm
Made with a combination of 12 botanical including dried bergamot, orange peel and ambrette seed. Subtle flower notes througout this gin is a nice step up from its little brother. 

Wednesday March 22 

Peccatore Red
2:00 - 6:00 pm

Made with Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cao and Touriga this is a great little gem from the Douro region of Portugal. This is a rish and intense wine that pairs well with beef and venison. 

Wyoming Whiskey
2:00 - 6:00 pm

Tradition bourbon, from an untraditional place. Come on down and taste this award winning Small Batch Bourbon. 

Thursday March 23

Adalia Valpolicella Ripasso
2:00 - 6:00 pm
Made with 30% Corvina, 40% Corvina Grossa, 20% Rondinella and 10% Molinara. This wine from the Veneto region of Italy spends 18 months in oak barrels. It is a lovely elegant wine with smooth tannins and goes great with roasted meats and aged cheeses. 

Skyy Pinapple Vodka
2:00 - 6:00 pm
Skyy vodkas are infused will all natural flavours. Swing by the tasting bar to sample this latest number.

Montgras Reserva Carmenere

This Chilean Carmenere is packed full blackberry, licorice and hints of pepper and herbs.

Peach Ciroc

This French grape spirit is distilled 5 times and infused with a blend of natural peach essences.

This aromatic white wine from Spain is made with 100% Moscatel grapes.


This spiced whisky has a palate of pepper, fruit and vanilla.

“edge” Cabernet Sauvignon

This Napa Valley Cabernet is big, bold and bursting with fruit flavour.

El Dorado 8 Year

This Guyana Rum is cask aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak.

This Shiraz from the Nugan Estate line is a tribute to Grandpa Alfredo, which it is named after.  Created with the Australian Shiraz grape, but done in the Italian Ripasso style.

The Botanist Gin

Conceived, distilled & hand-crafted with the traditional 9 classic gin botanicals, plus an additional 22 herbs and flowers from the Island of Islay Scotland.

This Organic Red wine from the Langhorne Creek region in South Australia. A delicious blend of Shiraz and Malbec with warm fruit aromas and a bold palate with gentle tannins.
